ABOUT US
It Takes A Village Inc. and A Village Inc. presently will have meetings at the A Village Boxing Gym/Mentoring Clinic as needed for males and females ages 13 and up. Our meetings are held by skilled speakers from a variety of life and professional experiences. ITAV and AV also helps with tutoring, counseling, job and school placements, as well as many other services located on our Services page.

James Adams is the founder of A Village (AV Inc). The services provided are boxing training , healthcare/grooming workshops, moral recognition therapy groups, and assistance in securing employment to youth- juvenile males/females.

We also provides a broad range of wrap around services that makes of AV Inc life skills coaching staff, and the support of well-established AV Inc community based partnership, and networks.

The purpose of AV Inc. is to support the transition of troubled, and disenfranchised males and females into productive members of the society through physical, emotional and spiritual empowerment.

James Adams is the founder of It Takes A Village Inc. and A Village Inc. which are both non-profit and 501c3 holders. He also works at Our Lady of Peace as a Mental Health Worker.
Mr. Adams held a supervisory role at East Central Regional Hospital in Augusta, GA for 15 years before moving to Atlanta, GA where he became a youth counselor at My Granny’s House, a transitional group home which housed males from juvenile jail system and stayed there for four years.
James holds a Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy Certification as well as a Diploma in Child Psychology and MRT (moral recognition therapy) instructor.

Ramon Foreman is an Electrical Engineer in charge of Power Distrubution for Bridgestone.
Mr Foreman has a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Certification in Land Surveying and Diploma in Electronics.
Mr Foreman is the Program Coordinator of Healthy meals and meal prep for A Village Boxing Gym and Mentor Clinic.
